Majority: All of our orders are expected to ship within 7-10 business days. If for some reason an order cannot ship within this timeframe, we will reach out and notify customer's as soon as possible. Pre-Orders: All products purchased as a "Pre-order" will receive an email confirmation of purchase and a notification when pre-order promotion will end. The shipping details in a secondary email will be sent out 14-21 days after pre-order promotion has ended, this is because production of products will occur during this timeframe. **Special Note** pre-order promotions could run from 30-45 days, which means if a purchase was made via pre-order, it may take 14-21 days after promotion has ended to receive your secondary email about status and shipping of product. Overall, the pre-order process start to finish could take 60-75 days before receiving any product that was purchased during a pre-order Promotion Sale.
